Has anyone else noticed the audio issues with 100.3 Jack FM? It sounds like there are pops or almost skips in the audio chain. I’m not sure if the automation needs to be restarted or if there’s something wrong with processing or other equipment. The audio issues can be heard on both FM and HD and this has been happening for about a week.

I think engineering has been messing around a bit, because the PAD info on HD was advertising the Audacy app for a while and during that time, there was no Artist/Title info. Now the Artist/Title info is back, but the station logos and album art is gone on 100.3, 103.7 and 107.5. The station logos still show up on 98.7, but I haven’t seen album art lately. Anyways, the audio issues on 100.3 seemed to start around the same time the logos and album art went away.

I sent them a message a couple days ago to give them a heads up, but the issues haven’t been fixed yet.

The audio issues are still happening. Here’s 52 minutes from 11/6/22 if anyone wants to take a listen. The first little blip is around 15 seconds and then 25 seconds. This has been happening for the past month on both FM and HD. I honestly don’t know how anyone is still listening. After a couple minutes this drives me crazy.

I haven't noticed it in my car
I’d check again! It’s happening in my car and 3 different radios in my home. I’m listening on a Sony tabletop HD radio right now and it’s doing it. Although the radio in my car and all 3 radios in my home are HD, I was able to turn the HD off in my car and it still does the same thing. It has been a while since I’ve checked the regular FM signal, so I’ll check it again tonight. Also, it’s not some type of interference issue as it happens in my car all over the Metroplex. And Jack FM is the only station that has this issue.
