Basically citadel was supposed to buy it in 2005, but backed out due to Katrina. He took it back over by taking it off market , had a very successful regional format for years before making the money with ESPN. It does have city grade on the bayou and in 504. However I've pretty much ruled all major players out except I heart (they would have to abandon 103.7 though).
I dont pay, but one could be Telemundo 42 owner as he has a successful am/translator combos and give spanish its 1st full power signal in the city .
Most others are at limits, except some of the dollar for hollar people.
Problem is 100.3 can not be moved into new orleans proper due to 100.3 in Laurel.
So if for sale, it would be some of those choices..
