100.3 wife fm

today at 8:25pm August 7, 2006 I am picking up wife fm really clear usally i dont get it to come in very good i have very little noise in in. Has the tower been built yet in Norwood and if so is that why I am picking it up better now. Earlier today I could barely pick it up.

I've noticed this as well over the last few nights. It could be weather conditions, but I don't think the switch as been flipped yet. I suspect in the next couple or weeks it will become a Cincinnati station. I wonder how the new format will effect MOJO 949? There are rumors of a similar format going on 100.3 when it does launch.

As of this past Saturday, WIFE-FM is still located in Connersville.

With WIZF moving to 101.1 a few weeks ago, you'd have to figure the move to Norwood is right around the corner.

Any rumors as to exactly what the new format is going to be?

I have to agree with you on this one, gr8oldies.

Urban AC does seem like the logical choice.

Sorta like a copy of what they have on 92.1 in the Dayton area and 98.9 in Columbus?

WTLC-FM in Indianapolis sounds great.

I think a station programmed similiarly to WTLC will be a very welcomed addition to the Cincinnati airwaves.

You can add WMJM-FM 101.3 in Louisville to the list of Radio One's Tri-state Urban AC stations. WMJM-FM sounds very similar to WROU-FM in Dayton.
