100.7 LPFM Kansas City dead air and on

I assume this hasn't been happening for long or it's a waste of electricity money for them leaving it on with no sound.

Also the 98.5 LPFM has the volume WAY too loud, making my radio fart their talk programming when I listen?
 
100.7 got fixed - now I'm hearing Spanish Christian preaching. 98.5 sounds the same as it was, but maybe their listeners don't mind overdriven talk.

100.7 KCGG in trouble

"a. 47 CFR § 73.840: “An LPFM station with an authorized TPO of ten watts or less may operate with less than the authorized power, but not more than 105% of the authorized power.” The Station’s license (License No. BLL-20160212AAD) authorizes a transmitter power output of 10 watts. At the time of the inspection, the Agent observed the transmitter power output was 49.9 watts or 499% times of the authorized power."

That's one of the violations this Spanish station has, the other being they're not keeping up to date with Emergency Alert System (EAS) logs.

I have noticed the signal's gotten a bit weaker for KCGG in the past month...
 
KCGG now on 102.7

This is very odd, but they're transmitting now on 102.7 FM. I was able to varify their streaming is the same as 102.7 FM, now. 100.7 is off the air, replaced with this new frequency.
The 102.5 and 102.9 translators probably will have something to say.
 
KCGG is back on 100.7

Title says it all, switched back to the right frequency a few minutes ago. Maybe 102.5/102.9 fixed them, but IDK.
 
The LPFM has been silence with the antenna on for a few days... Anyone know anything?
 
100.7 KCGG has been off for a couple of days, if anyone cares by now. LOL
