100 Minutes Commercial Free on Z?

Just heard this earlier around 5:30 and heard their sweeper "100 minutes commercial free." Funny, this has NEVER happened from Z100 until NOW came along. Is Z responding back to NOW's message, or possibly Clear Channel not getting the revenue?
