101.1 CFLZ Testing Hd

CFLZ turned on HD about 2 weeks ago and is making announcements that they are testing it. I think is sounds good but they also are showing HD2 and HD3 but no content on them. Wonder why they are “testing” it. Maybe waiting for approval in Canada. They cover Buffalo very well with the HD. Wonder if they plan to run something on HD2/HD3?
