OSU is the party applying for this action and OSU is the one filing a petition to deny. Am I reading this correctly or do I need to get some more sleep?

OSU is the party applying for this action and OSU is the one filing a petition to deny. Am I reading this correctly or do I need to get some more sleep?

Mr. Harmon filed an objection
Ohio State filed an opposition to Mr. Harmon
Mr. Harmon filed a reply

Mr. Harmon's objection will only delay the aquisition by few months.
