The Wiz is urban contemporary and such a categorization could vary drastically from market to market.
Going solely by how The Wiz sounded shortly after its move to 101.1, it would appear that their primary target is African American persons 18-34 leaning male.

Rowdy...thank you. That's what I thought. I teach a class and have a student who told me the target audience was starting at 10 years old! 
I know, shocking. Just looking at the website tells me that the 18-34 demographic was pretty much what they are going for.
