101.1's bad audio

It sounds like a 32k web stream.

Anyone know whats up? When I was on the coast not long ago WQUE sounded exactly the same
 
Sounds OK to me. I might bring up the bottom a little and lose some of the high end distortion but it's OK for what it is. Maybe someone was messing around with the processing when you were listening.
 
still the same... been that way for a while... and yes the high end sucks yet there is still allot of distortion in it...

the on air mic and other voice sounds even worse than the music...

sounds like a digital comrex or a tieline or something
 
V101 sounds ok now.. also i was in the car when it rained yesterday found both 97 & 101 lost their STL link for a while... I dont think it was rain fade however.. I sounded like they are sharing a 4 ch digital STL since both stations went silent simultaniously and they were both Choppy at the same time..

anyone know how they feed the hd2 streams? what about the others that are on the air?

94.1 is plugging theirs but it doesnt sounds like its on yet
