101.3 KATY changes name/moniker

101.3 KATY is now calling themselves 101.3 The Mix, dropping the KATY part completely. New facebook page up, but website 1013TheMix.com still takes you to the old KATY site... a work in progress, but a nice change!
 
I notice the music mix has changed slightly too...I've been hearing Green Day, Guns N Roses "Sweet Child O'Mine" and Weezer "Beverly Hills." Don't know if that's considered AC nowadays

I hope it is. Just heard REM and Kelly Clarkson. :D

Way better than the old AC with Barry Manilow, Rod Stewart & Julio Iglesias. :p :-*

This station is definitely getting a car radio preset. ;)
