Apparently the purchase price was $193,000. The transmitter site appears to be solar-powered per the purchase agreement.

Using the FCC API we have 175,331 persons in the 60dBu contour, and only 22,550 in the 70dBu contour, the definition of a "rimshotter".
 
Can the sun generate enough energy to power a station with over 2000 watts? What about at night? I assume they must rely heavily on generators.
