101.7 FM

I was going through the FM band and I hit the "scan" button, and the radio stopped at 101.7 FM. There was nothing on it. The signal was decent at around 6 out of 10 when I checked the signal meter on it, but there was just silence. My initial thought that it was WMVL/Meadville, PA (since I was in the far eastern portions of Greater Cleveland), but when I checked the station on another radio, it sounded out-of-town weak, like always. My second thought that it was WHOF/North Canton, but that was way too far.
