From the LPFMDatabase Facebook page:

.. KFGG-LP, 101.9 in Marble Falls TX went silent on 9/12 .. Their statement to the FCC:
ANTENNA BROKEN. STATION PLANS TO MOVE PRIOR TO RESUMING OPERATION.

Every time I heard this station it used to broadcast preachings from the church who owns it. Do you think they'll change the format of it when they get it back on?

As I understand it, KFGG is owned by a Church. The station has been on since the first LPFM filing window and never seemed to have very good coverage. An antenna for a LPFM is not expensive, maybe $750. You might need a couple of connectors to raise that price a little. Most LPFMs use 1/2 inch coax at less than $1.50 a foot. So, the expense is not much. To relocate, you'll need a climber and an engineer, so that will cost more than the equipment itself. Maybe they can get 'the friend rate'.

As for a format change, I doubt that will happen. Likely church members have been saying it would be nice if the station had a little better coverage, so now is the time they go for some more height. I suspect the church members would be pleased as punch if the signal got another couple of miles. It seemed once you drove out of Marble Falls (which is up hill in each direction) you lost KFGG.

I went looking for KFGG one day. I could not find the tower site. It seems it is at the same building as Northland, the local cable TV system (makes sense) but I saw no FM antenna anywhere around.
