101.9 Kat Country

I was walking my brothers dog listening to like 101.7 KXFX the fox on my Walkman..I heard something coming though 101.7

I checked 101.9, playing Country Music..Keeps Fading in & Out..It faded out when they was doing there ID after the song

_ Country all I heard, So I checked online..I knew it wasn't 101.9 the Wolf..I Googled Kat Country 101.9

The first link is Kat Country 102 Texas, Wow..I was shocked by that, I always get tropos from Vallejo,

The time was around 3:45 PM
 
I'm likely this wasn't KATP. I didn't see any Es reports.
