I believe the Talkers "Heavy Hundred" is based on what Michael Harrison, the editor, feels at the time.Not sure exactly how many but some talk shows are online only or satellite radio (some of which made the Talkers list)
As for the Heavy Hundred the latest via Talkers is
(top 10) Hannity, Ramsey, Levin, Kilmeade, Joe Madison (Sirius satellite!), Gallagher, Loesch, Hartmann, Michael
Berry, Joe Pags. Stern and Beck are just behind those. Carr #16
#67 is Len Berman and Michael Riedel from WOR. You may remember Len from Ch 4.
