WOW I was at Maumee bay state park (Oregon,Oh) on saturday and I was able to pick up 102.5 WIOG in my car. For a Chr station 102.5 WIOG soung good!

Yeah I see your point to ck 105.5 is adult contemporary sounding for a chr station but actually like ck105.5 because 92.5 kiss fm ,Channel 955 and 98.7 amp radio play the same songs over and over and over!!!! The nice thing about ck105.5 is they have a littie more selection in music than 92.5,95.5 and 98.7. Oh yeah 96.1 WHNN has made it in to Toledo,ohRadio Boogie said:WWCK has been the laughing stock of the market for years now, and it just keeps getting worse. WIOG has had a superior product for at least ten years, if not longer. Cumulus has to divest 103.9 WRSR which has been doing quite well with classic rock. If they have ANY sense left, they'll pull the plug on that abortion on 105.5 and bring the classic rock over from 103.9.
I'm serious... teens can't even stand to listen to the trainwreck that is WWCK... at least those around my house. You should hear the lame mess that passes for the morning show (Mike MacDonald previously PD at WIOG in the 90's and WLS-AM waaaay back in the day)... they're pushing 60 years old, if not already, aren't entertaining in the least and have no idea how to relate to the CHR audience. How they haven't been fired long ago is beyond anyone's guess. They must just figure it's too much work to replace them, since no one is listening anyway. What's REALLY sad is that WWCK used to be one of the top CHR stations in the US, now it's just another has-been burning electricity.
Oh... almost forgot... 102.5 gets out VERY good toward OH and PA. It's a pretty regular catch there in the hills, as is 96.1 WHNN.
