102.7 in Huntsville?

I heard a new (?) station on 102.7 while on my lunch break today....they seem to be playing a weird mix of oldies; here's what I heard:

"Heart of Glass" by Blondie
"Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weeny Yellow Polka Dot Bikini" by Brian Hyland
"Smile a Little Smile for Me" by ???
"You Are so Beautiful" by Joe Cocker

In between the 2nd and 3rd songs above a female (little girl) voice came on and said, "Now back to Oldies on 102.7."

I looked it up on the FCC web site and no station (LP, translator or otherwise) exists within 95 km of Huntsville on 102.7. Anyone know anything about this?

Must be some killer tropo today. Sounds like WGOR in South Carolina, which I've heard while in Augusta, GA and once very briefly and faintly here under WCKS (which I get 24/7/365 and which does have an 80s lunch hour that would probably play songs 1 and 4, but definitely not the others).

Weird, because as I was tuning up and down the dial I didn't notice any other stations coming from real far away that I wouldn't pick up normally (i.e. Birmingham, Chattanooga, etc. was all I heard distantly). I just wonder if it's a pirate?
