Flipping stations this morning, I heard an all too familiar voice on the 103 morning show. Steve Butler on the M-I-C! (Go Steve!)

In other news, Cats & Dogs sleeping together, YUMDIALER still hasn't died in a fire, Mass Hysteria. CFKane
 
is steve butler the kid from westwood high school that went with lisa lipps to dc?
He sounded better than that other guy does on 103. Tim is stale in my book. Same ole stuff everyday. I wish jarhead was doing that show with bev.

He's borrowed from WREC this week. Butler has a great FM voice. Good to hear Dylan working the mic more in Tim's absence, too.
 
Yeah, and Steve is playing off the Bad Dog quite nicely.... yesterday a caller asked what happened to Tim, did he get fired too and John came back with "no, he's in Atlanta at a conference of how to fire your co-worker and keep your dignity" -- after I composed myself after falling outta my chair, I had to give Bev a shout to let her know she got mentioned!!!

Butler may be too nice for some of that bunch that's left.

That may be, but I swear I don't know what bothered me most this morning - them talking about Ron Jeremy and porn films or how much Steve knew about them!!!! :D

Seriously, I'm just glad to hear him again....
 
I suspect Steve's just preconditioned after all those years at WRVR not too say ANYTHING off color on the air...at times he seemed a bit taken aback at some of the words that made it on the air...

But I did enjoy today's show.
 
Wow...I didn't hear much of his shows, but it surprises me that he was more restrained. On WREC, he's usually the one with the off-color joke.

Butler, Hall, Spencer, Dog, Bev....I'm more than priviledged to be working with and learning from such a high standard of people.
