103.1 changing formats again

Florida Man Radio was the brainchild of Shane Reeve. He's been a "fan boy" of Bubba for years, which is why he put Bubba in mornings when JVC launched the country station. Shannon has been crying that he hasn't had a good frequency with JVC, and pushed the switch to happen. I wouldn't be surprised if JVC Orlando was basically a tax write-off for their "investors"

We'll see if this format lasts. To my mind it is surprising that 103.1 never passed the translator on 104.5 despite having essentially the same format on a much better signal.

I've been listening to fly 103.1 since the day was launched, but later on around March the 3rd, it just flipped to talk as Florida man radio and I don't know what they going to do with fly 103.1 cuz I've been listening to it since it was launched, my favorite was DJ nasty and Ricky Padilla.

Can someone describe what "Florida Man" radio is? I know Bubba The Love Sponge does a Hot Talk show, from when he was on Sirius XM. But the website doesn't give much other info. Do I see the rest of the day is mostly conservative talk shows?

In middays is Don Miller and afternoons are hosted by Shannon Burke, both local hosts. The website gives us word salad about how they discuss the worlds of business, politics, education, entertainment. But that could mean anything.

Then I see traditional, standard-issue conservative radio shows like Jesse Kelly, Bill O'Reilly and John Catsimatitis.

It started out similar to most Hot Talk stations in the area like Real Radio 104.1 and 102.5 The Bone. At this point its now just an "edgier" Conservative Talker.
