Are you near the 103.1 in Santa Monica, Newport Beach, Tehachapi, Muscoy, Palm Desert or Victorville?

I drove through the SFV and was able to hd signal in that area on my portal hdradio. KDLD HD2 has that loop cd of dance music again. They really need to update it.
