The MTA is 100% not at fault here. LPFMs and translators are both secondary services and WTTZ-LP was on the air first. The new translator has encroached on their protected contours. If it is interfering and based on WTTZ-LP getting the required 10 interference complaints, it is the one that needs to power down.It almost sounds as if the Transit Authority does not understand how truly limited the coverage of WTTZ-LP should be expected to be.
