103.3 ESPN is down

It, KSOC and KWRD share the same tower/antenna.....Oh wait, its a Shivley...there's the problem!!! An ant can pee on it, form a small patch of ice and the SWR climbs fast....KESN must be set to dump on a lower reflected than the other two...the only aux they have is lower on the same tower buts its an ERI which doesnt give a s*** about ice.....
