The station had been bouncing on and off the air for the last year or so and often was only mornings only. Their FCC app for renewal says they were off the air around March of so for 3 months due to covid but they don't know the dates they were off the air.
It was generally black oriented programming, but I just noticed it is Spanish and Radio Activa 103.3 Fresno KOFP-LP. I don't see any FCC notices about power increases (it was 13 watts erp from top of Security Bank Building downtown) or changing locations. It used to die north of Shield/Dakota, but today was strong at Bullard. It may be that with Zawila's 103.3 in Woodlake gone they get out better. Any ideas what is up??
