103.3 now in fourth location

Tucson's FM pirate on 103.3 has now been on the air for about a year and a half. They recently moved to location number 4.
Location # 1 was an apartment complex just west of Golf Links and Harrison
Location # 2 was somewhere downtown
Location # 3 was an apartment complex just west of Grant and Alvernon
Locaton # 4 is an apartment complex on Camino Seco just south of Broadway.

So it's gone full circle and is back on the east side. Of course, each move results in different coverage so it is unlikely that this station ever could develop a following even if anyone liked the music. What makes this operation different from other pirates is the fact that it has no name and zero local announcements. Lots of flute music. The FCC doesn't seem to care.

The funny thing is they do care... The funny part is that all of the locations described have had their rental records seized last week by said agency. I'm not in Tucson at this moment but I can with all certainty
publish an accurate address if I was there with some of the new toys I have come across.

The guy better hope we find him before the FCC does. ;D

I'm sure TPD & the PCSO would have a sense of humor about a few radio people messing with an unlicensed pirate.
