103.3 San Antonio adjusting it's signal

Alpha recently filed an application to adjust signal for 103.3 FM "We 103.3".

This change appears to raise power to 250 watts, and eliminate the weaker signal to the north that was there to protect KBPA 103.5 (since KBPA moved into Austin). They also have made a weaker signal to the southwest, I assume that's to protect KHHL 103.1.

The FCC has allowed the change, it presumably will take place soon...
