103.3 will stop microdosing on LSD

Just announced that 103.3 K277DH San Diego (250w vertical/-50m signal) will switch from rebroadcasting iHeart’s “1360 The Patriot” KLSD to Crawford’s 1240 KNSN (which simulcasts 740 KBRT Costa Mesa).

How well does 103.3 come in across San Diego? The signal is supposed to cover from south of downtown up to Del Mar and east toward La Mesa. Do people find it to be a servicable signal?

KNSN is also heard on the far smaller 103.3 K277DG San Diego, which is audible just to the south and east of downtown. But by bundling the two together, it will enable Crawford to optimize these two signals, which are on the same frequency, in a way that may combine for a far more formable duo. Thoughts?

I think that's precisely what Crawford wanted to do, and they were willing to swap a translator in Denver with better coverage to iHeart in exchange to do it.
