103.7 Pirate?

For the last 24 hours at least I've been picking up this odd station on 103.7 that wasn't playing any Top 40 or AAA, instead it was playing loads and loads of 70s disco. No liners, call letters or nothing, and I was picking this up from near my home in the Sandy Plains and Canton Road area. Anybody known where that station came from? Possible move-in perhaps? Doubtful considering V103 and Kiss 104.
 
It's the new 103.7 move in for Chattanooga, Boogie 103.7. When I first heard it I thought it was a pirate too. Good signal for 25 kw. Their transmitter is North of Downtown Chattanooga in Walden, TN and I've noticed I can get them in certain spots all the way to I-75 and I-285 right past Windy Hill Rd.

I wouldn't worry too much. I have it on good authority that will be able to pick up Bulldog on 103.7 AND 100.1 in the near future...
