103.9 & 104.7 (CP)

The 103.9/KGNT permit expired unbuilt due to issues with ownership limits. A new permit has been applied for.

104.7/KYLZ is built, but not on air. The permit expired last October, they have program test authority, and the license to cover has been applied for. For some reason they are still being allowed to maintain the old facility.
