What happened to WTYB's short-lived Oldies format? Why was it dropped? If I remember correctly, it wasn't even on for a year! Urban AC didn't do well for them in the past, so why try it again? Didn't they get an upgrade recently, though? Hilton Head/Savannah area has a large Boomer market with MONEY!
 
WTYB did jump from a 1 share to a 5 share in one book. Using the right software, you can make any station number 1 in some demo, but WLVH was number on 12+.
