104.3 changed again?

Though its COL and transmitter are in Kansas, their target is Joplin. If I remember right, It wasn't anything but a month ago they were still "Laugh Out Loud Radio 104.3." Tonight I heard "Star 104.3." Anybody know when this change took place?
 
104.3 has always been a mess.

Maybe they should bring back "104.3 the Car" with the Classic Rock format as Joplin doesn't have a real Classic Rock station anymore, which is sad.
