104.5 Modesto?

What's this "thing" I'm hearing at 104.5? Is'nt that a little close to the bay area. "KEH" Well it sounded, like an "ID". Is this legitimate, or a (somewhat) secret radio society ('Si) trying to sqeeeze into radio fame!

And finally, why can't I find anything relating to it on the net especially on the FCC site!
Hmmm, makes you wonder, "don't it"?
Pretty impressive signal though. It does well next to 104.7 high up there on 'ol Bullion!

OK, comments...

Next?

OK... Here's the interesting update. There's been a problematic bout of dead air on this frequency.
Then suprise, out of the silence, I hear a modem, dialing to reconnect! I happened a few times. Talk about a budget studio to transmitter link. I thought I heard MPEG artifacts. What'll they think of next? Oh "Radio Goso"? Did I spell that right? They might considering an STL upgrade! Si Senor!

Still no fcc data.

Anyone know what's goin' on here?

Stay tuned!
