I'm sure both Spanish, and rock can do well. Both can be package within the Q102 cluster.
While I think there is more of an audience for a modern rock station (.5% of this market had to have listen to Y100 on occasions, and with only 5% total audience, a Spanish FM would be lucky to get that much). However I give spanish the edge, because its cheaper to run (VT), and the audience is only gonna grow over the years (unlike a modern rock station which could get bigger, or smaller)
As for talk, wouldn't we know if it was gonna be talk by now? Wouldn't someone at 1210 leaked the fact many of there shows are leaving?
I hope its rock over spanish (if for only to be able to listen too the first few hours, without trying to keep up), but I doubt it will (altough rumba1045.com is still a dead url)
