104.7 and 105.5 Translators

Anyone know if the 104.7 or 105.5 translators are up and running?

I'm in Fort Lauderdale and, based on the pattern of 104.7 on radio-locator, I doubt I could hear it.

Everytime I tune into 105.5, I'm getting Kool out of Palm Beach. Pretty clear, too.
I'm surprised they were able to get that translator allocation.

If they are on-the-air, what programming are they airing?
104.7 was supposed to air "Revolution Radio" (the old Evolution, which is also on 93.5 in Miami Beach)
 
I also do not understand how the 105.5 translator was allowed. I have picked up Kool in Tamarac. Moreover, looking at the coverage map, this translator's signal should reach to Boca. Kool has a very good signal in Boca. This doesn't make sense at all.
