104.7 Free FM???

I'd suppose for the "Q105" oldies to move to 1010, and the "Buzz" talk format to 104.7 as Free FM when Stern departs.

You "suppose" or propose? Either way you are clueless.

Here's a great idea too. Clear Channel should swap 93-3 FLZ & 1250 WHNZ.
That way, both fans of the "Doctor" Laura show can hear her in stereo.
I'm sure MJ won't mind being on AM.

93-3 HNZ does have a certain ring to it. :)
______________

HUH ?

doubt it......but how about this.

There is one ''free'' URL registered by Infinity that still has no explanation.

925freefm.com was registered along with the others that we now know where they belong.....but no news yet on that URL.

BTW Infinity only owns 2 stations on 92.5.......here in Tampa, and one in Denver playing an urban AC format.

all of the other URLS went to markets where Stern is currently heard, Stern is not heard in Denver.

So.....will they be flipping in Denver (ratings are not too impressive on current format there)

or was this something that WAS to be for Tampa ?

Buzz off. WFLZ is either the #2 or #3 FMer in Tampa, and one of the highest rated CHR-pop formats in the United States Of America. If Tampa is to get an FM talker, it'll be replacing Q105, which sends the oldies to the AM dial, or making the oldies format disappear on that frequency. 92.5 Free FM was licensed to Denver ONLY, according to R&R.

Ummm....that last post was an example of what we like to call sarcasm. (Which is not a hole you would throw a "sar" in BTW.)

God, some people take things so literally, lol.

Hmmm 93 Hy-nee, lol

To the topic, with all the effort that has gone into the rebirth of Q105, I doubt seriously that "Free FM" makes a showing on that frequency.

Keep in mind that "My-Humps" thought the Infinity swap made sense. My point is that his proposed swap is about as stupid as my swap. Those folks that are passionate about talk radio will pull anything out of the sky. And that's fine. I like passionate radio fans, until they share their fantasies and/or nightmares on the radio board.
______________
