The Music over at the edge kicks major ass....

juss imagine when EVERYONE finds out the edge is back...LOL

It's good to know there is a radio station that is making a real statement about it's format...

The Bone is too busy sellin out to nascar and alice cooper
Channel seems waaaay too muddy to listen to
Pyx is Pyx and will never change..thank god
And q103....they still have great talent aboard and just added one more so I think The Bone dies first

As for mornings...well...There is too much talky talky in the capital region...and mornings haven't had the same kind of luster it used to..maybe it's just me, but capital region mornings are kind of lame...so I'll keep sleeping in...LOL

Have to agree (including the Bone) even prior to a couple of weeks ago.....



Best capital region morning radio, in my opinion....

WZMR, WHRL, WEQX, WNYQ, WVKZ-AM, and WTRY!!! What a concept...turning on the radio, and actually hearing some music in the morning, instead of all of the alleged entertainment....How did we get by in previous decades without Stern, Wolf, Mason, JR, Free Beer and whatever.....

Not at all....I've always felt the Bone was great without alice and nascar..and mornings were horrible, even when I was there...then again, I'm not an owner or a "PD" so I really don't know jack schidt.
I'll freely admit I was the worst on-air personality in the area...LOL
 
Pi---threre are worse. Much, much worse. Bad, awful, terrible. So bad it should be in violation of FCC rules. And The Geneva Convention. Listening to some people in this market is a blatant violation of human rights, even if it's listened to willingly. And drunk.

Morning Radio

Most mornings, for me, in southern New York, it's exclusively XM. They, perish the thought, play music in the morning! There must be something wrong with me for not wanting to hear an inane contest, an interview on mildew prevention or local yokel birthdays (just some of the fine offerings down here in the morning).
