104.9 The Beat (KBTE, Tulia Lubbock) signal problems 5/10/10

Is anybody else having trouble getting 104.9 The Beat lately?
Just a few minutes ago, (2:35 cst) I was driving back home and it was like their transmitter was cutting out so that I heard "static" then audio, then static, then audio and then it went out completely. There is a pretty bad wind storm today, so I wonder if something happened to their tower. Has anyone else noticed this?
