What you're hearing is WZLF 107.1 Bellows Falls VT, which is a simulcast of 95.3 The Wolf. Reason for this is the Froggy 107.1 signal is picked up off-air at the WZMR tx site and retransmitted. When Glens Falls is off the air, then the station will rebroadcast whatever can be picked up on 107.1.
A 3KW station at about 500 feet HAAT making an 80 mile trip line of site...now thats impressive. One would think that they would take ZMR off the air until they get froggy back on.

Ah but look at WZMR's antenna location. It's almost moutaintop to mountain top that way.
Makes sense..didn't think about that. Music is awesome though signal is clearing up and is almost tolerable. I am sure that people from Albany will be calling up to request a song, especially if they have a request hour tonight. This poor station has been through a lot in the past year, Like a mutt that no one wants...lol
Kinda funny...WJEN, a PAMAL country station comes in 2nd in the same Vermont market that WXLF/WZLF (Nassau Bdcast, 95.3 the wolf), now broadcasting now on 104.9 in Albany, on a Pamal station (PAMAL "in trust"). What a stroke of luck!
