104 ..same playlist

Had to come in to work today as the same as yesterday, and, while listening to 104.1, they played the same songs for the past hour that they did yesterday. Same order, same voicetracking. The only difference was the commercials. Now I do like the beastie boys, but to hear them two days in row at the same time...not common.

Rumor has it 104 is on CC's "FOR SALE" list. That's the only reason I can think of for the station being run so poorly.

1) FM 1041 is not going up for sale.

2) LMAO. It's hysterical how people that aren't in radio ( I'm not anymore, either, btw) complain that there's nothing different, then when there is, you're the first to criticize. Make up your mind. I guess that since there is a DJ on they're just like WCCC, right? There's no pleasing some people.

I could run 104.1 off my personal computer, program it in my spare time, download its playlist in about 15 minutes, and still have plenty of time to work a full time job and whatever else I wanted to. The only thing I couldn't do is sell the ads and make a profit like CC does.

They are trying to sell it that has been known, for months but they are trying to push the value up with for the any potential buyer

WCCC is nothing like 104.1. I've not heard Motley Crue circa 1990 on 104!
I think 104 does need a chance, but when such a screw-up happens it's a little disturbing.
