This station was dominating 1040 last night here in north Alabama. So if you want to log it, try tonight. Classic country. I'm still hearing the old time radio shows on 1100, I don't think it's WSGI like suggested before. Any ideas?

Is El Cajon, CA, too far west to log this one? (I would guess 6:40am PST would probably be too late in the morning, but on the other hand I have received skip at noon recently.) To make things more difficult, I have KURS on 1040, whose 61 nighttime watts broadcasts from 11.2 miles west of here. It actually seems to get out surprisingly well, and dominates the frequency. I have yet to hear WHO from here, although I did hear it once at my great aunt's place in Redlands, CA, a few years ago. I did, however, hear 1240 KALY, the Albuquerque,NM Disney outlet, once a few years ago while my local co-channel, transmitting from the same site as 1040, was broadcasting an unmodulated carrier. (Normally it is strong enough to mask the graveyard rumble unless it's nulled.)

I was getting WHO with a fairly decent signal when I was in Orange county this past January.

I too heard 1040/WKTI in Powell TN last night. They had a good signal, but were subject to fading. WHO was very weak last night.

1100
I have been hearing a station at night on 1100 for several months now, although I have to precisely null WTAM to hear it.

I'm nulling to minimize WTAM, so I may not be maximizing the mystery station, but the signal seems to be coming from either south, NW or West of Cincinnati.

They never, ever, I.D. From 6PM till around 9:00, they run the Dave Ramsey show complete with all his advertising. There are never local ads.

Usually run IRN news, but not always.

Around 9:pM, they run the Dr. Laurie Roth talk show.

I've heard then between 5A & 6A weekdays when they run Dave Ramsey.

Driving me crazy, I must say
