105.1 Spanish Christian Music Pirate?

Really strong going up 19th Ave from Thomas to Dunlap. Have not drove around to see how big the signal is. Too hot to be driving today. Sounds like an internet feed of a real station. I can't speak Spanish, so it is hard to say the name I heard between songs. Sounds like "Radio Reoto". I also heard an open carrier in stereo yesterday and the day before.
