Radio One didn't give it enough of a chance in Cincinnati but, they'll attest to the fact that this is a tough format to
do if you don't have any play by play.

R O should have given this a better run. I don't think that they have the staying power to wait and the dry powder to
bid on any of the play by play that may have become available. They could have snagged some college barter stuff, though.

Right.

...because there are so many examples of FM stations that hovered between a 0.1 - 0.3 share for seven or eight straight months that ultimately became success stories.
 
With Drew Lane, GM has already brought more than a knife, but to really compete, GM will have to secure broadcast rights to a local pro team at the next opportunity.
