105.3 Displays NO CLASS What So Ever!!!

I simply could not believe it! Right after Howard Stern signed off for today.
There was a new promo already listing DLR, Puke & Smelly, RMS, Lykis, & Lovelines. Howard still has ONE more day and then it will be Best of HS until Jan. 2.

Gavin, you have no class or integrity. Couldn't you have waited until the week before DLR ruins what Howard Stern built. Who was the moron that scheduled those promo's to start today? One DUMB Executive no doubt!

How long do you think DLR will last here? I give him a year due to his contract.
After that, Russ will get the big money to the morning slot but it will be too late. The only good thing that will come out of this is that P&K will get canned. Their lead in is gone and soon (OH VERY SOON) they will no longer be Dallas' "Radio Cancer."

Perhaps, then Gavin will see his mistakes and admit them - though he will only admit them to himself.

Anyone know why Roth was chosen over Carolla for this town? Was it Gavin's choice, or New York's? What's the inside story?

Won't matter. Carolla will rise to the top of the post-Stern bunch, and then end up on 105.3 in the end.

It was a simple matter of time-zones. Carolla's west coast show won't begin until 8am Dallas time.

THAT'S OUTRAGEOUS!! I say Call Gov. Rick Perry right now and demand a special session of the legislature! Perhaps where they failed at school finance they could get KLLI to stop these disgraceful promotions. If that doesn't work wire your congressman. Better yet email them !Your Senator too!Call the networks !This shall not escape media attention what so ever!! Now go have a beer.

And the beer does sound like a tasty idea, but since it's almost X-mas how about some peppermint schnapps instead? (yesh, thaz m-more goooderr). Just don't call for another special session of the legislature, all that will get done is another pay raise for their own pocket (LOL).

The promos have been running for awhile, and I'm sure Stern's camp expected it. After all, Howard has talked about his move to "pay radio" alot on-air when he could have kept quiet, so turn-about by 105.3 is fair play.

So as KPLEX said have some alcohol, (I'll join you), and wait to see how it all will "shake-out" in the end.<P ID="edit"><FONT class="small">Edited by DILLIGAS on 12/16/05 10:32 AM.</FONT></P>

Agreed. Get Kinky Friedman involved and have
him pull out a can of whoop ass. Seriously, to
the original poster..calm your nerves. God forbid
they should try and promote the station. They need
something to pull it out of the sewage dump. I agree,
(even though he's a butthead to his staff and his
listeners) RM is the only thing they got going. And
like him or leave him, he DOES generate ratings.

Now, if they could get that David Stone's
voice off their promos, they'd really be doing
good. Yeah, yeah. I know he's won awards. I think
his constant puking waaaaah! crap still stinks.

Sure was dumb. They should have started running those promos in every Howard Stern break WEEKS ago!

I cannot believe Infinity has been so lenient with Stern and his hyping of Sirius.
