105.3 HOT FM in Grand Rapids - Mainstream CHR or Hot AC?

105.3 WHTS in Grand Rapids seems to be kind of a CHR/Top 40 station, but it also seems to have a Hot AC/modern feel to it at times. It's certainly less rhythmic than 104.5 WSNX, but I'm trying to figure out how to best classify the station. It's not quite mainstream CHR I don't think (when comparing it to 98.7 in Detroit).

Does anyone have a guess?

I think it's best described as an "Adult Top 40" format, a sort of blend between Hot AC and Mainstream CHR, designed to appeal to F25-34 at the core.

They tell everyone that they target F25-34 but have always missed the target by a mile.
Currently women 18+, WHTS ranks below WSNX, AC WOOD-FM, Hot AC WLHT and Lite AC WTRV.

Interestingly enough, WSNX is currently #1 18-34 persons overall and #1 25-54 persons overall.
WHTS is tied for #4 18-34 and #9 25-54.
