105.3 The Fan

I have a feeling The Fan has some steam left in her...If they can continue to the EOY 2012, they may just pick up some Ticket Staff, as KTCK is getting worse and worse daily..

I've been thinking the same thing. I can't put my finger on it, but things sound different. I get a "mail it in" feeling from the Musers and Bad Radio lately. I have no idea whose contracts expire when, but I have a feeling Gilbert has the dates highlighted and underlined and is just waiting to make a steal.

A couple or observations...

Numero Un-o:

If they will let M. Davis leave the building because he is paid (in their opinion) too much money, do you think there is anyway they will resign any of the little ticket air staff if they are being paid what Clueless thinks is 'too much'?

Numero Two-o:

In view of the rapidly deteriorating situation things are currently in, how excited do you think all the guys at the little ticket will be about working for Bruce Gilbert again? You think there will be ANYONE wanting to stay when their contract(s) run out? THAT'S why the fan is NOT changing formats: THE LITTLE TICKET (air staff) WILL BE MOVING TO THE FAN as times allows!

Bruce G. will not have to 'steal' anything. The Clueless is giving it away. When you take something from someone who giving it away, it's not stealing... it's a gift!

Some KTCK may go to the Fan, but no one is considering the non-compete clauses in current contracts. Also, the on-air personnel may be mad at management, but if KTCK is doing well enough that salaries ARE NOT cut, then why move. Let's just see what happens.
