Let's see- the line-up changes on a weekly basis, they are a "sports" station which spends little time on sports, and their ratings make them kryptonite to advertisers who could sponsor nice web features to bolster the site. I'm guessing the web team is beating their heads into the wall on a daily basis trying to think of a way to make a high-quality website to represent such a low-quality product.
In other words, cut the poor schmucks a break. They've got one of the worst jobs in the whole of the interwebs.
