105.3 WNOW construction permit

Not sure who they're having to protect to move to the Dallas towers, but the change does improve their CLT coverage.

They're not protecting anyone. WNOW is downgrading to a Class C1. That means a max of 100KW at 981 feet. For every foot above 981 they have to lower their power. That's why WMYI in Hendersonville-Greenville only runs 19000 watts.
