106.1 new format or new pirate?

I as was driving home (59 north close to Crosstimbers)I flipped stations and heard 106.1 was playing Christian songs in Spanish. Today in the morning I was drivingto work and tuned in and the stations sounds stronger here in The Heights and still in Spanish.
 
This is just the weekend programming on 106.1 K291ce. This afternoon you will hear some Praise Allahs and later some Pakistani stuff. If you go back to my posts in the foul wind blowin' thread you will see I gave a heads up about what was coming.
