106.1 Tops TIX-FM

Figures, everytime a format is changed, resulting book from the dropped format shows a station going UP...fall book, 106.1 beats TIX-FM by half a point...
 
Hasn't format changes always taken good formats off in their prime. Take WNOE-FM, then AM as the glory years of the 70's was replaced by country. Cap had that station at the top. Then WRNO twice had stupid changes, the latest still on right now. WCKW also suffered at the hands of stupidity. It goes on and on....
