106.1 WNGC C.O.L. to Arcade, Ga.

Just noticed that Cox has put in a COL change for WNGC to Arcade. hmmmmmmmmmmm..............interesting......
 
...and everyone on this board told me that Cox would not buy 106.1 to move it in to ATL. We shall see...

BTW: Arcade was originally the CoL change for 103.7 with the tower move to Pendergrass...

Of course, a format flip is a lot less likely now vs. back then, since Eagle's gone and Bull probably flipping themselves...
