106.1 WXSH back on-air

So it sounds like Great Scott Broadcasting is leasing out WSXH 106.1 Pocomoke City, MD to the same folks who are leasing Spanish WJWL 900AM. The last I heard is that all the transmiter equiptment for 106.1 was sold and that they had lost their tower site. Dose anyone know what is up ???
 
Yes they are back on the air, again with no local studio, and still at reduced power. They have't been at full power since they changed frequency.
